How we work with our clients.

If a company is hiring more that 10 people, we charge an hourly rate to fill their positions. We either work at their location or out of our office. We fill non-exempt and expempt position. From a 10/HR position to a 250K plus position.

We fill positions in all fields: Accounting/Finance, Administration, Bio-Sciences, IT, Law/Paralegal, Marketing/Sales, Medical/Healthcare, QA and Risk Management

If a company is hiring less than 10 people, we charge 10% of the annual salary PLUS give a 1 year guarantee for that employee.

Large scale hiring is done on a set project price on site or off site so that our clients can keep within their budget.(NEVER ANY SURPRISE COSTS WHEN YOU WORK WITH CareersInCT.com and ContractStaffingRecruiters.com)

NOTE: For new clients we work the first position on a contingency basis and then after we fill that position, everything will be on a retained basis.
